Bwlchgwyn, said to be the highest village in Wales. Having walked this far up the Glascoed Road to take this picture, I wouldn't argue.

The great humourist and poet Les Barker lives here nowadays, and rumour has long had it that when Roger Moore married Dorothy Squires in the 1960s, he bought her a house up here, possibly as a rather oblique way of her out of the way...

Yeah, I know, I'm an atheist. But I was so pleased with the way this photograph turned out that I had to put it here. Besides, it's relevant.

This is Christ Church, the parish church of Bwlchgwyn.
