A Snig Of The Tomes?
I honestly thought that I'd seen it all. But yesterday I spotted
something that made me realise that we live in a society which is so
kindly and dedicated to giving everyone an equal go at things that it
now insists on hiring dyslexics as signwriters.
In the centre of Wrexham, there's some demolition work going on
after a fire.
So that the passing public can be protected from falling masonry,
the pavement on that side of the road has been fenced off.
There's a sign advising people of this.
In large, friendly letters, it simply says:
PEDESTRIANS PLAESE USE OTHER FOOTPATH
To which the only polite response is:
THNAK YOU
