Stupid Tat!

It's a good job I proof-read my letters before sending them out of the office.

Otherwise, today I would have told an accountant that...

"The repayment was sent directly to your clint."

It could have been worse, I suppose; I could have left two letters out.

This was, by the way, just before a colleague (Hi, Sue!) told a 'customer' on the phone, who wanted to know what we were going to do next to resolve her problem:

"We'll hit that bridge when we come to it."
