Just having my Sunday lunchtime chicken and mushroom slice, one manufactured by a well-known Cornish company, and the packet has a little cardboard tray, a bit like the ones you used to get in Bounty chocolate bars (but which, it seems, you don't get with them anymore).
Printed on the tray is an incitment to try one of their other products, with the words:
"Our original Cornish Pasty is bursting at the seams with British flavours..."
This weekend of all times, I can only imagine what 'British flavours' could possibly be...
Bile, wormwood, crow, ashes...
