Echoes

Reading Mark Lawson's obit of Peter Hall in the Graun today, I find this sentiment:

"Surely, eventually, a room or even an auditorium at one of the theatres will be be named after him."

Doubtless, but they couldn't possibly call it the Peter Hall Hall, because people would think there was something wrong with the acoustics.
