3 500 000 Inches Of Joy!
As I've mentioned before, I am a member and moderator of the very splendid and worthwhile 45cat site (and its sister site 45worlds), having joined in September 2010 and been made a 'mod' about six months later.
Originally the brainchild of a couple of wonderful obsessives who go by the names of Orbiting Cat and Dr. Doom, it started off in January 2008 as being only for 7" vinyl singles and EPs released in the UK. It then expanded to try to take in the whole world - a rather ambitious aim.
Shortly before noon (UK time) today, we reached a big milestone - our 500 000th entry! It was posted by Charlie Chalk, perhaps our foremost expert on reggae and related stylees.
